Q: Is it quiet on RØSTIG?

Nope. But nicely ROASTING. Though hustle and bustle also belong with ROASTING. Think of: games, music, good company. And in Zeewolde we have more space for other (relaxing or enjoyable) activities. We'll make sure you feel wonderfully relaxed. So, noisy is not the same as quiet. We also cannot guarantee that it will always be quiet. A party further away or a loud party boat from the water can always occur. Disclaimer: Have you had a concussion or are you experiencing burnout? Please consider that it can be quite noisy here, though we don't guarantee silence. PS: At the new location in Zeewolde, you can also occasionally join in the more lively programme at Landgoed Energy Up; think of a Cacao ceremony, a relaxing or creative activity, silent disco or campfire singing. This takes place on their part of the grounds. And it's a short walk. The choice is yours how much commotion, relaxation or activity you want to clear your head as much as possible.

Q: How are the food and drink arrangements at RØSTIG?

Coffee and tea are always waiting for you in our RØSTIG abode (yes, included ☕️). Breakfast can be pre-booked (€12.50 p.p.), or you can sign up upon arrival via the list at reception. You can then join a delicious breakfast buffet with items including croissants, rolls, yoghurt with granola and fruit — often supplemented with something warm like porridge or buckwheat. In the village itself you can find soft drinks, snacks and a nice refreshment in a bottle for the connoisseur. You simply tick them off on a tally sheet and pay later when you leave. It's that easy. For lunch and dinner, you can visit the Food Forest (if they are open). During the day, you can grab well-filled wraps, bagels, and something sweet to go with them (think: cinnamon rolls, muffins, chocolate triple fripple yummy yummy cookies, and delicious desserts). ’In the evenings, you can sign up for dinner using the list at reception. You can eat in the Food Forest or take it away to your own spot. From freshly made dishes (like a buddha bowl) to pizzas (choice of 4) — prices range between €16.50 and €20. Eating when you want, exactly as it fits your day 🌿
